Cowboy Cooking For the Troops

Shannon and I were recently in Alaska filming our new television show, Cast Iron Cowboy, and we were invited by the folks at Fort Wainwright to come visit. We cooked them up some breakfast, a steak dinner, and even ran a training on how to make your own biscuits on the fire.

This trip turned out to be one of the greatest memories we’ll ever make, and we decided to turn it into a video to share with you all.

We always tip our hat to the young men and women keeping Old Glory flying over camp, and it was a great privilege to get to do so in person.
